- UK Home Office (Design Lead) - How might we help government caseworkers resettle refugees? During the Syrian refugee crisis I was design lead on a Government Digital Service team in the Home Office, helping build digital tools for the caseworkers, local authorities and charity groups running the resettlement process.
- LEGO (Service Designer) - How might LEGOLAND improve the visitor journey around breaks and refreshments? A short in-park research engagement at LEGOLAND Billund, mapping how families take breaks between the rides (coffee, lunch, a place to sit), where that worked, and where the park could improve.
